David Jaynes, Vice President, Building Operations & Construction. David Jaynes serves as Building Operations and Construction Manager for Janez Properties. Dave oversees construction and development of new Janez projects and ensures that all systems meet Janez standards for energy efficiency and building operation. In addition, Dave supervises the planning and construction of tenant improvements. Dave joined Janez Properties in 1989 after a career in facilities management with a Fortune 500 company. He is certified as a Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) and a Real Property Administrator (RPA) through the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). At present, Dave serves as President of the Board of Directors of the San Diego Corporate Center, a 51-acre master-planned commercial business park in northern San Diego. Dave is also an associate member of the American Institute of Architects, a national trade organization for architecture and building professionals.
