Keith Fitzgerald, Janez Senior Property Manager. Keith Fitzgerald is responsible for maintaining office buildings in a condition that meets the highest standards achievable in the property management industry. As property manager, Keith is responsible for all facility management matters, including building engineering systems, office maintenance, parking, security, landscaping and property cleanliness.

Keith has extensive experience managing high quality commercial properties, both multi-family residential and commercial projects. Most recently, Keith was responsible for managing a portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties. In addition, Keith has five years experience managing upscale residential projects.

Keith Fitzgerald is a graduate of Johnson and Wales College in Rhode Island and a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association
