Janez began its business in 1986 by acquiring high-quality investment properties on behalf of private and institutional investors. The company's investment strategy focused on identifying properties with predictable income and favorable locations. This conservative "Core" strategy, emphasizing the acquisition and development of high-quality assets, has generated long-term solid rates of return for investors through all phases of real estate cycles.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/LEASING
Property Management and Leasing Services are an integral part of the Janez investment strategy. To ensure the consistent high-level performance of its real estate assets, Janez provides property management and leasing services for its portfolio of commercial properties through its' Janez Properties Division. Relying on its well-developed network of contacts in the brokerage community, the company consistently maintains high occupancy levels in its buildings.
Janez provides third-party property management services for a variety of investor types. For example, the company manages Class A office product in San Diego for
institutional clients and private high net worth individuals.
