
Janez entered the Denver real estate market in May 2007 with the purchase of
Cherry Creek Place I, a 196,097 sf office building in Aurora, Colorado for
$17.25 million. The six-story office property, at 3131 South Vaughn Way, is
74 percent leased and features a conference facility, restaurant and on-site
management. Matt Zeman and Robert Shubin of Grubb & Ellis Company assisted
with the sale of building and will continue to handle the leasing and
marketing. The seller is New Jersey-based Lamar Properties. Janez plans to
renovate the office building lobby and common area and add a fitness
facility.
