In April 2007, Janez entered into a joint venture with CB Richard Ellis Investors to acquire the 206,708 sf Disguise Building for $26.5 million from Harmony Grove Partners LP, a California limited partnership with Hamann Consolidated Inc. Burnham Real Estate represented the buyer. The industrial property, at 11906 Tech Center Court in Poway, is managed by CB Richard Ellis Investors and is 100% leased to Disguise, a costume manufacturer.
